Double bedroom available from June

I’m looking for a new flatmate to move in at the start of June, as my lovely flatmate is sadly moving out.

The flat is in Kensal Rise, a safe and great area, with Queen’s Park at the end of the road. The Overground is only a 5 minute walk away, and the Bakerloo line is 10 minutes. Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and M&S are also nearby, along with plenty of great pubs!

The flat has one shared bathroom plus an additional toilet. The room is part-furnished, and additional furniture shown can be bought at a low price. Additional bills are approximately £180 each per month (inc. council tax, gas, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi).

A bit about me:
I'm 28, from Hertfordshire, and work in digital marketing. I split my time between the office and working from home. I love exploring London, whether that’s going to a new workout class or trying a new dinner spot. I enjoy a pub visit but equally love a walk or attempting a run around the park.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone of a similar age who wants to be friends as well as flatmates.
