Large loft room with a walk in wardrobe

Spacious loft double room with a walk-in closet is available in a vegetarian household (not all housemates are vegetarian but we agreed not to cook meat in the house).

You will be sharing with 3 other girls in their late twenties/early thirties:
Hannah is a jewellery designer
Emma is a photographer/producer
Linnea is a textiles designer/artist

Room itself is lovely, it gets a lot of natural sunlight and has very good blinds in case you want to "switch it off". There is lots of storage space and it comes fully furnished (however, there is no bed frame!). It's a loft room up a spiral staircase and it's the only room on that floor which means you get a lot of privacy.

House has a large living room with 2 sofas and a dining table with chairs. We also have a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances, 2 fridges, freezer, cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave and a washing machine.

There is 1 bathroom that has both a bath and a shower booth. We also have a drying room where we leave clothes to dry after washing. There is also a large garden.

House is relatively quiet, we all are working and love to sleep at night. No partying till 6 am or anything like that. We sometimes have people over, but 90% of the time it is just us.

We also have a cleaning rota which means approx. every 4 weeks you'll have to clean the communal areas.

Area has lots of local cute "mom and pop" shops, organic shops with fruit and high quality produce, your usual tescos & big sainsburys and a 24 hour shop is a short cycle away (in case you're hungry at 3am).

There are couple parks nearby - Queens park, a few other local ones, and Hampstead Heath is just 20 min away by tube.

There are a couple gyms nearby as well with a swimming pool and sauna. There are few pubs down the road, and you're a short walk away from famous Portobello Market, where you got all the amusements, including restaurants, pubs, bars and cinema.

The nearest stations are Kensal Rise & Kensal Green

Available from 28th Jan-1st Feb.

Rent is £700 with all the bills included. Deposit one month. The landlord might ask for references.
