Our Victorian home in North West London is just over a mile from Portobello Road, with excellent transport.
The space
The house was refurbished in 2016 to a very high standard retaining its' Victorian feel with all the amenities of a new home. It is spacious at over 2,000 square feet+. Shops and restaurants are minutes away although the road is just off the high street so it is very quiet.
Room
1 double bed with ensuite shower. Kitchen shared with one other person renting. Shared lounge. Room will be cleaned weekly. All bills included.
Guest access
You will share a kitchen with one other person renting. You will also have access to the lounge shown and the garden. (Landlady has own kitchen/diner/lounge.)
There is a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Getting around
Public transport can get you anywhere in London with tube (Bakerloo, Zone 2), Overland Train and multiple buses all within 3 to 10 minutes walk away.
Parking
Parking is available for free on the street at weekends. Permit parking is available Monday to Friday at £4.50 per day. For longer term guests a parking permit can be arranged at additional cost.
