Lease Takeover- Studio Near Notting Hill in Chapter Portbello

I am moving so I am looking for a student (must be enrolled 20 hours per week in academic program to be in the building) to takeover my lease at Chapter Portobello unit that is READY TO MOVE IN NOW and ending on August 28. (Must have acceptance proof for building background check).

Rent Rate is £520.50 per week for the gold studio (largest size in building)

I will pay first months rent!
