Spacious bedroom in Kensington Olympia

Hi everyone!
I'm renting out a very spacious double room in Kensington Olympia, available now. I'm doing viewings this week.
All bills are included.

I personally love this area — it's safe, super convenient, and you've got loads of restaurants, cafes and pubs right here. There's a small Tesco 5 minutes away and a big Tesco about 15 minutes.

The room comes with a UK double bed and a comfortable memory foam mattress (unlike hard spring mattresses that you usually get). The Wi-Fi router is in the room too so you'll always have great signal.

Getting around is easy - Kensington Olympia station is only 4 minutes away for overground trains, and the District line runs there on weekends.
Barons Court is 10–15 minutes away (District & Piccadilly lines),
Hammersmith about 20 minutes
High Street Kensington is 15–20 minutes away.

I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy.
