Bright double room in Kensington Olympia

This pretty and bright double room is available from today for preferably long term (12mo contract) but short let for a few months is possible.

The house has a beautiful large private garden and has a shared bathroom, kitchen and common space+ lots of storage space!

It’s located in the beautiful and safe borough of Kensington&Chelsea with Holland Park, Westfield and High Street Kensington all within 15 min walking distance!

Travel connections to the city are great with the Central, District&Circle, Piccadilly and Overground all nearby. Kensington Olympia station is located in the same street, only a 2 min walk.

The house has 3 rooms in total so you’ll share with 2 lovely flatmates, a guy and a girl, both in their mid 20s and studying/working. Looking for a friendly and tidy person to join! :)

Bills are divided between the flatmates, each has their own bill, you’ll be responsible for the water bill, electricity is top up so we take turns every month. No council tax for full-time students so student bills p/m approximately £55.

Total bills (water, electricity, council tax) every month is +/- £115,-
