Double Bed in Cool West Kensington Flat

UPDATE: Things fell through with my intended move, I will be staying in this room for a bit longer. If you're flexible on your move in date, message with the date range you'd be okay moving in for.

Been living in this room since moving to London in December and looking for someone to take over my fixed-term contract as I'm looking to save on rent.

Best thing about this place is the location so I will sell that hard:
- 💼 30 second walk to West Kensington station (District) or 5mins walk to Baron's Court (Piccadilly) 💼

- 🛍️ 1min walk to Co-op, Tesco, Waitrose, Just Drinks (brilliant drink store) and 5mins to Sainburys. 15 mins walk / few mins tube to High Street Kensington OR Hammersmith.

- 🌲 15 min walk to Holland Park OR River Thames, 40 min walk / 20 min cycle to Hyde Park.

- 🍅 4 amazing Italian, Thai and Lebanese restaurants / bakeries / cafe's literally just outside. A dry cleaners and a very good barber shop just next door as well.

Room:
- In the basement, but it's the best room out of all 4 in the basement. double skylight (now with curtains, unlike in the picture)
- Cool double bed tucked away in the end of the room, with plenty under bed storage.

Living room / kitchen:
- Massive windows as one wall of the room which receives a lot of sun, makes up for the lack of light downstairs, with a long sofa built along the wall as well which is nice to chill on. Also a small covered patio with our Washer/Dryer.

- Big TV and 8-person dining table, great for having people over.

Flatmates:
- 1 student, 3 professionals all in their 20s. Like to chill in living room on evenings / weekends and cook.
