Hi! I’m sadly moving out of my lovely flat in West Kensington and looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

The room is a fully furnished double bedroom with a comfy bed, large mirrored wardrobe, desk, cabinets, and two additional storage spaces, so there’s plenty of room for all your things.

The flat has a shared bathroom, a kitchen connected to a small hangout area, and two fridges, so there’s always enough space for everyone.

📍 Location:
The flat is in beautiful West Kensington, a really safe and quiet residential area with lots of cafés, shops, and restaurants nearby.

Transport connections are amazing:
• 4 min to West Kensington (District line)
• 10 min to Barons Court (Piccadilly)
• 15 min to Kensington Olympia (Overground)

👫 Flatmates:
You’ll be living with 3 friendly flatmates in their mid-20s (two girls and one guy). Everyone is clean, respectful, and easy to live with. One room has an en-suite, so you’ll only be sharing the bathroom with two people.

💰 Rent:
£890 per month including all bills. Everything is managed by the agency, who are very responsive if anything needs fixing.

📅 Move-in:
Ideally mid-April, but I’m flexible with the date.
