Hi all! I’m looking for someone to sublet my ensuite double bedroom in our lovely flat in Kensington (W8) while I’m away this summer (early May through mid-September but exact dates are flexible).

Here's some more information:

The Flat
It’s a spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom flat with a large living room, kitchen, and a small desk/work area. The flat is in a beautiful gated mansion block with a courtyard in a quiet and very safe area.

Flatmate
You’d be living with my wonderful flatmate, who is a doctor and truly the sweetest person. She has her own bathroom, so you wouldn’t need to share.

The Room
A large double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The room comes fully furnished with:

• Dresser
• Desk + ergonomic chair
• Nightstand

Location
• 5 min walk to High Street Kensington tube
• 10 min walk to Notting Hill Gate tube
• 5 min walk to Kensington Gardens

£1820/month all-inclusive (internet, utilities, bills, and council tax).
