Bright airy double room with shared bathroom/shower and open plan kitchen/lounge in a 2nd floor apartment. The flat is furbished & the kitchen has all amenities like; cooker, washing machine, fridge, Nespresso machine etc. The space is quiet and has a desk for work/studying. Our friendly neighbours make it a perfect place to feel at home. Total rent, inclusive of bills is £1,000 per month.
Location
Two mins walk to Kensington Olympia St or 5min bus to High Street Kensington St. Bright with lots of supermarkets (Whole foods, Waitrose & Sainsbury's) and restaurants (Green Valley, Five Guys, Zia Lucia & Pret...) gyms (Equinox, Virgin Active & F45 Training) and shops (Kensington High st. or Westfield 2mins away). Holland Park is a 10 minute walk and Hyde Park is 15 minutes away and the River is also just 20 minutes away.
About me
I'm 26, Azerbaijani-British and work on clean energy and climate change policies. I’m friendly, sociable and very clean and tidy. I don’t spend a lot of time at home usually, currently wfh during the week and will often spend weekends away. I'm big on fitness and love being outdoors, going for long walks, bike rides or hikes.
Previous flatmates have primarily been students/professionals from all over the world including Scotland, Italy, Croatia and Malta and we have built long lasting friendships.
