Double Kentish Town £540 pcm + bills

Our flatmate is returning to Australia so his double room in Kentish Town will be available from 19th December.

The deposit is £542. The rent is £540 pcm. Bills come to around £101 a month. Toilet roll, soap and cleaning materials for the communal rooms come to around £10 a month. So the total is approximately £651 a month.

The contract with the landlord is signed to 18 October 2022, The flatshare has been going for years so there's a good chance it will be extended.

The flat is 1 minute's walk from Kentish Town tube/rail station. It's really well serviced, with a vibrant high street. It's also good for green areas with Hampstead Heath a 10-minutewalk away and Regents Park around 30 minutes' walk (less by tube to next stop Camden).

We don’t have a living room or garden.

The room has some furniture left from flatmates over the years which you'd be free to use or get rid of as you wish (the flat is let unfurnished).

It is let through a property company with their own joiners, plumbers etc. and we have always found them to be reasonable and unintrusive.

We're preferably looking for a female professional aged 26-38 working a secure 9 to 5 job.
