My housemate is leaving the flat and I am looking to find a replacement.
The flat is really nice and in a quiet area so I plan on keeping it and hopefully, find an equally chilled and easy going flatmate to share the flat with.
We treat the flat as we would our own home and it will be good to have a housemate that will do the same. It is definitely not a party house! We also have a very good relationship with the Landlord and this makes things easy.
Total rent is c.£900 per month (includes bills e. g. Council Tax, Utilities and BT Broadband) . There is also a deposit of £500. That's all the cost of moving!
A bit about me (your new house mate):
I'm 31 years old and work for a Tech company - doing data analytics. I am pretty easy going and have interest in Sports and all sorts (from US/China trade wars to Josh/Kaz break-up, I think that's old news now!). I use to be a big Arsenal fan but these days I find joy doing other activities. I like keeping fit, enjoy a good chat/debate over beer or tv but also understand that people need their own space!
If you have any questions, just ask (text or email).
