Cosy double bedroom in a lovely flat in Kentish Town available from 11th July (flexible date).

Around the 11th July, there will be a vacant room in our lovely flat in Kentish Town.

The room comes furnished with double bed and new mattress (purchased in September). Despite its small size, shelves and built-in wardrobe provide great storage solutions. The large window makes the bedroom bright and looks out on the wonderful shared garden.

We share a lovely kitchen, with all the essential, including oven, and the bathroom.

The huge garden that can be seen from the window is also shared.

Location wise, the place is incredibily well connected. Besides being 7 minutes walking from Kentish Town tube station, it is only 4 minutes away from bus stops, 14 minutes walking from Kentish Town West, and 25 minutes walking from King's Cross.

The area is lovely. The flat is very close to Kentish Town road, where all the grocery stores (Coop, Tesco, Sainsbury, Iceland and Lidl) are. There are some gyms as well, such as Kentish Town Sport centre, that has a swimming pool.

We are very close to parks as well, including Hampstead Heath (25 minutes walking).

Last but not least, the flatmates are lovely! Thus, it is important to me to find someone who can fit in the flat.

Bills are around £60 a month.
