Beautiful flat in Belsize Park

We have a room available in our amazingly-located flat in Belsize Park, between Hampstead Heath and Camden Town.

We are a 10-minute-walk to Parliament Hill and lido (with the beautiful Heath and swimming ponds beyond) and the cute shops and cafes of Belsize Park, a 15-minute walk to the nightlife of Camden and Kentish Town and a short hop to the green open spaces of Primrose Hill and Regents Park. A major advantage of the flat is that it is within walking distance of a lot of Central London.

Our flat is homey and a bit quirky, split-level with high ceilings. There is a kitchen/living area with a futon sofa and dining table. Your bedroom is cosy, on the small side but furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers, and there are underbed drawers for extra storage. There is also additional storage space around the flat.

Belsize Park, Chalk Farm and Gospel Oak stations are all within 10-15 mins walk. The 24 and 46 buses stop right outside so we are really well-connected.

You will be sharing with Issi and David. We are a couple in our late twenties and both work in various forms of Digital/radio production. We like to get outdoors, enjoying the Heath and seeing friends. When at home, we are pretty quiet, we can typically be found reading, cooking, watching stuff on Netflix, or occasionally having friends over. We are both friendly and like to chat over food/drink, but also mostly like home to be a place to relax.

We are looking for a friendly, good-humoured and independent person in their twenties or thirties who is up for a chat and willing to pitch in with keeping the flat clean and tidy, and who is also looking for a relaxing home.

Total costs will be around £760.

You would need to sign a contract directly with our landlord starting on September 19th 2019 (our flat mate whose moving out will be paying proto rata from 12/09-18/09) then October's rent will be due on the 12th. There is flexibility on move-in date as the room will be vacant from the 15th.
