The rooms:

x1 Compact Double:
A decent-sized, bright double with good storage, wardrobe, drawers, shelves and access to a door onto a juliet balcony.

x1 Large Double (TAKEN):
A large double with direct access to the roof terrace and a large double wardrobe with x2 drawers and small bookcase.

All modern furnishings in a recently refurbished large flat. Large kitchen with a big fridge/freezer plus a big oven/stove, and nicely furnished living room which leads out onto an enormous balcony facing onto a very large communal garden.

The heating and hot water are included in the rent and so the flat is nice and warm in winter. We also currently have a cleaner who comes every two weeks for three hours.

The area:

The flat is ideally located between Kentish Town Station (12 mins) and Chalk Farm Station (16 mins) and Gospel Oak Overground Station (5 mins). We are also very close to night buses from central London.

There are 24 hour shops close by as well as excellent pubs (The Grafton, Tapping the Admiral) at the bottom of the road. Being very close to Camden, it is very difficult to be bored. Hampstead Heath nearby offers amazing running/picnic opportunities and there is also a nice local gym/leisure centre at the bottom of the road and a Puregym 12 mins away.

Your housemates:

You will be sharing with 3 others. We all get on really well, tend to socialise together but also have our own lives. We have a variety of interests including cooking, music, pilates, photography and socialising!
