Double Room for weekday lodger/tenant

Looking for a lodger for spare double room for weekdays only ideally.
£600 pcm plus £100 pcm bills

Also I am the owner of the flat so please take that into consideration when deciding whether or not you’re interested!

I’m 27, just starting my own business - some days will work at home, others from the office. I’m a non-smoker, non-drinker and have no pets. Looking for someone respectful, clean, tidy, and responsible. Would love to have someone in who I can be friends with and socialise with but also need my own space.

The flat has a washing machine, dishwasher, bath, TV.

Room has a king bed (possibility for it to be a single bed and therefore make more space in the room), table and chair. More furniture can be provided according to your needs. You are also welcome to decorate your room!

Bills £100 pcm - gas, electric, water, internet, Sky sports, council tax

Great transport links - buses within 3 minutes, Kentish Town (Northern Line) a 7 minute walk, Kentish Town West (Overground) a 7 minute walk
10 minute walk from central Camden
Regents Park & Hampstead Heath both a 20-25 minute walk away
Street parking spaces (permit required)

Please note that I’m planning on doing some small works to the kitchen in the next 6 months or so, but shouldn’t take longer than a few days or get in the way.
