Enjoy this bright and spacious studio loft which provides a comfortable respite. This large room is well suited for someone who wishes to have a more independent space, whilst still having people around to engage with if you want. All bills are included except for the cleaning, which is done fortnightly.

Ideal for professionals or academics, this spacious and comfortable room on a small quiet street in Kentish Town/Tufnell Park is a great space for work and play. It is well located to Hampstead Heath, for exercise and outdoor leisure. There is a comfortable double bed that will give you a restful nights sleep and plenty of desk space to work at. We have a generous broadband width, which will give you great wifi for whatever you need, along with a sofa to kick back on and watch TV, if you want to relax.

You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with one other young male professional, who resides in a second private room. He often works from home and is an IT engineer. The bathroom has an excellent power shower and the small, but very functional kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and laundry washer/dryer.

Please note that there is no separate living room here. Your room is a self contained bed and living area with a shared kitchen and bathroom.

My office is contained within the flat, where I work intermittently during the day. I stay at my boyfriends during the evenings and weekends.

Your other, very friendly flat mate is Metta the Cat! Please don't apply if you don't love cats 🐈.

Location wise, You will be a 5 min walk to the Northern Line Tube and Overground station, that offers a direct four minute train ride to St Pancras International for our European friends, and trains to Gatwick and Luton Airports for international guests. Kings Cross and Euston only ten minutes away. Fast access to the West End, the City, Southbank and beyond. Only a 15 min walk to Camden Lock Market and Hampstead Heath.
