The living room is an ideal space to catch-up after a long day, to watch a movie on our projector or hang out over a cup of tea. The kitchen is both modern and large with extensive storage and all essential mod cons. The backyard is eager to be used for social gatherings and would be ideal in the warmer months (or the colder if you’re brave!). In the basement level is further storage and the privacy of a freestanding bathtub, wide shower and washer/dryer included, only a few footsteps from your new room.

2 considerate and bubbly housemates who are PHD students (a physicist and an economist) who currently both work from home (fear not, there is more than enough space with the layout of the flat if you intend to do the same) who prefer someone that would take on our home as their own.
