We are looking for 2 people to join this quiet, cosy flat on a permanent basis.
You will be sharing with another young professional working in the creative industries, (media).

The flat is within eye line of Kentish Town station (Northern Line/Thameslink), and around a 10 minute walk to Kentish Town West and Camden Town overground stations. It is also well served by buses which set off/alight from just down the road.

There are 2 double rooms available, either together or filled by 2 separate individuals. Both are bright and airy, one has additional living space while one has small outdoor terrace at rear or property overlooking a small park.

The flat includes a shared bathroom and kitchen. There is no shared living space, but the rooms are large and well furnished and there are lots of pubs, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area.

The flat is around a 15 minute walk from Hampstead Heath, and the flat backs onto a small park and playground. Local amenities, i. e. Drs surgery, pharmacy, shops etc. are all within easy walking distance.

Rent is payed monthly to our private landlord, by cheque.
Bills are not included but come to around £100 PCM inclusive of gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband internet.
