The room is furnished with a single bed, shelves, desk and chair and walk in closet.
There is a large kitchen and dining room with a large table, plus a separate toilet and bathroom and two additional shared closets.

The room is £499/month inclusive of heating and hot water.
Council tax (unless you’re a student), internet and utilities (gas, electricity) will add another £40-50 per month or so.

The deposit is £579 and can be paid in instalments/ after moving in so no scary bulk payment is needed straight away!

The building is in a residential area and is well connected to public transport.
10 minute walk to Kentish Town Station (Northern Line, Thameslink) or Tufnell Park (Northern Line), plus a 5 minute walk to Gospel Oak station (Overground). Also about a 30 min cycle to central London, and plenty of bus services.

There are lots of good pubs and restaurants in the area, plus plenty of shops and all the usual amenities. We’re also pretty close to Camden, which is one of the major areas for entertainment in London and 5 mins walk from Hampstead Heath!
