It is conveniently located, only seven minutes from the tube and 15 minutes from Hampstead Heath.

Room 1 (£682pcm) is a double with a large wardrobe and plenty of space for a desk and chest of drawers. It is facing over the patio

Room 2 (£550pcm) is a slightly smaller double but it still has a good sized wardrobe and space for a desk.

Both rooms are furnished with a bed and wardrobe but nothing else. Bills for the flat are not included and come to about £100pcm

Kentish Town is a great area to live.. There are plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby, and it is only a 20 minute walk from both Camden Town (or 5 min bus).

You will be living with me, a 25yo male professional who enjoys cycling, rock climbing, cooking, and socialising. I have lived here for the past year and I am in no rush to leave this great flat.
