Big Double en-suite Room with Own Lounge

A great house for some who would like a bit more space than just a bedroom in brilliant Kentish Town! The top floor would be yours.

We are only looking for a single occupancy tenant.

We are ideally looking for a Monday - Friday tenant.
If you are looking for a 7-day rental we may be able to accommodate - but the current price is reflective of a Monday - Friday only rental.
A 7-day rental price is £1350 PM.

You would have the top 2 rooms for yourself (a lounge and a bedroom) and your own private toilet on the same floor.
The bedroom has a kingsize bed, a wardrobe, a small and large chest of draws and plenty of space. It’s lovely a bright room with 2 double windows.
The lounge room has a built-in wardrobe, sofa bed and big unit for a TV

We would share the kitchen, and you can use the Peloton if you like..

The kitchen has all the gadgets - juicer, nutribullet, nespresso machine, soda stream, dishwasher, washing machine.

The house has 1 bathroom with a shower/bath

We have a lovely big private patio garden with tables and chairs that’s a nice sun trap when the weather allows.

The house is in a conservation area of Kentish Town and away from noise.
We are very well connected by the underground on the Northern Line (7 mins walk) and also by the overground at Kentish Town West (4 mins walk)
Hampstead Heath is a 15-minute walk away. You can walk briskly to Soho through Regent’s Park in 45 mins door to door.
There is Better Gym 2 minutes away with a pool.

We also have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks and would clean your 2 rooms inclusive of the price. If you need ironing and washing she would be happy to do at an hourly rate.

We are a couple. Oli works from home usually and Jenny works from a Soho office pandemic permitting.
We have a 1.5 yr old dog (a Shihpoo) that is hypoallergenic.
The dog will not go up to your space, she knows not to.

We are both relaxed and busy people. We like to go out for dinner, love the cinema, pub visits and going for swims.
We do also enjoy being at home cooking, gardening, and watching telly (our lounge is separate from yours on the ground floor).
