This beautiful double room with own bathroom is available for rent from 1st August. It's a spacious 3 bedroom flat conveniently located between Kentish Town, Belsize Park and Chalk Farm (10 min walk to Belsize Park and Chalk Farm tube stations, northern line). There is a bus stop right in front of the flat with lines 46 and 24 (which is 24h) that take you to Soho or King's Cross in 20-30 mins.

The flat is spacious, located on a 3rd floor and divided between 2 floors: your room and own bathroom are both on the downstairs floor together with the kitchen (with a dishwasher!!) and living room, and upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms and another bathroom.

The room gets so much natural light and direct sunshine (when the sun is out!) and overlooks a quiet and cute neighbourhood patio. It is fully furnished with: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk - the rest of the furniture will come with me.

My flatmates Mireia and Victoria are both in their late 20s (Mireia 28 and Victoria 25), Mireia is spanish and Victoria is half british half venezuelan - perfect if you want to practice your spanish! They enjoy watching Netflix together, reading, going out for drinks/dinner and travelling some weekends. They are clean, tidy and quiet and we're looking for someone that will share the same vibes, idealy a female working professional in her late 20s as well. We've all been living in this house for 2 years and I'm very sad to leave this amazing room behind!

The contract of the house renews on the 12th July each year, but the room will be available from the 1st August. Ideally looking for someone that will stay long term, at least until 12th July 2023. Rent is £720, deposit is £842 to be paid 2 weeks before moving in, bills come up to approx £90 per person per month / gas is about £50 each every 3 months.
