There are two good sized bedrooms, one is internal with a window onto the conservatory - the one to be rented-and both have double beds.
There is a permanent lodger so there is only one bedroom available to use by guests. The kitchen is equipped with essential utensils and quite adequate for short stays.
The back garden is west facing and lovely and sunny to sit in. It is shared with our neighbours upstairs.
The entrance hall is also shared with our upstairs neighbours who are a quiet family we have known for many years.
