Quiet light haven in Zone 2

I rent out one/two rooms in my 3 storey spacious home in Kentish Town. I currently have
one furnished room available: very large double room (5m x 4m).

The house is very light and very peaceful. You would have share of kitchen and big bathroom and separate shower. But no shared living area. There is a large sunny garden.

This would suit someone who is relaxed, tidy and considerate. A professional/student who works outside the home. I am a Creative, easy going and enjoy a quiet living space. I prefer that lodgers do not have overnight guests and socialize outside the house as I also do, keeping the house a peaceful environment. Most people who live here enjoy their own space and the house as a sanctuary.

This is a great area to live : A quiet street, but nearby a variety of shops, independant and health food stores and great restaurants. Excellent transport links with a swift 20 mins into the centre and also close to beautiful Hampstead Heath. It is safe and easy to walk from both tube stations which are a 7/8 min walk. Kentish Town/Tufnell Park nearest Underground (Zone 2). Thameslink and Overground . 10 minute bus journey to St Pancreas.

Washing Machine, Microwave, fully equipped kitchen.

Rooms are fully furnished and come with good beds/mattress, table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamps, bookshelf.

Single occupancy and females preferred.
