Double bedroom

We have a double bedroom for rent from the 1st April in a 3 bedroom flat to share with 2 females.

The flat is located at the top floor of the period house with a shared garden. It is situated in between Camden and Kentish Town (zone 2) in a residential road but you have all the bars and restaurants round the corner. Commuting to the City of London is a breeze. The area is well connected with buses, overground (West Kentish Town) and underground (N. B. Kentish Town underground is closed for refurbishment now but Camden stop is within similar walking distance).

There is a big Sainsbury down the road, Whole foods, Earth, Marks & Spencer, Coop, and Tesco, also numerous independent coffee shops and restaurants.

Bedroom furniture:
The bedroom has a double bed, a desk, a few shelfs and a wardrobe. The furniture that does not belong to the flat are: the tall wooden chest of drawers at the end of the bed (including that chrome lamp that’s on them), the large leaning floor mirror, the gold leaning mirror on the unit.

Flat:
- Large kitchen: Fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, microwave; wifi. Plenty of cupboard space for your culinary needs. You will have your own cupboards and fridge shelf.
- Bathroom: shower, toilet, sink and towel dryer

Contract:
- Rent is £765 per month plus bills (internet, tv, council tax, gas, electricity and water).
- Bills around £100-120 (depends on winter months)
- Security deposit of £880 (payable to a secure deposit fund)
- Our landlord requires proof of employment and previous landlord recommendations
- The contract runs for a year and is flexible as long as a replacement is found.
- The new lease on the 1st April and are looking for only a long term tenant

Seeking for a friendly, respectful, tidy, and easy going professional to join this harmonious living space. You will be sharing with two other females. It is a relaxed, quiet and reasonably tidy flat. Whilst we are sociable, we have separate interest and lives, and are looking for someone with a similar respectful attitude to flat-sharing. We prefer to go out to party and relax at peaceful home.
