2 rooms in cozy Kentish Town flat with garden

Hi!

My two lovely flatmates are leaving our 3 bed flat at the end of the lease (21st April), so I’m looking for friendly (preferably female) flatmates to replace them. I’d like to find flatmates who are laidback and open to hanging out but also appreciate each other’s space.

Location-

Lovely, well connected location, with lots of pubs, supermarkets, bakeries etc. Very well connected, 7 mins walk from Tufnell Park Tube station and Kentish Town tube station (set to reopen in June), 7 mins to Kentish Town Thameslink and 10 mins to Gospel Oak Overground. I’ve lived here for a year and absolutely love it.

Furnishings-

The flat came furnished, but we’ve added a lot of things on top (microwave, kettle, toaster, tv, additional sofa/coffee table/armchair, miscellaneous dishes and kitchen equipment). Each room also has a corresponding cupboard in the living room so there’s plenty of storage space.

Lots of space in the living room to wfh- I usually wfh 2-3 days a week.

Bills usually come to somewhere between £90-£120 a month per person, including wifi, council tax, gas, electricity and water. Also please note the deposit is divided into £1108 for each room, for some reason I couldn’t include this in the ad.

About me- I’m 25 and about to start a new job as a Senior Policy Advisor in the civil service. I’ve lived in London for the past 3 years but there’s always more places to explore with new people! I’m also a bit of a homebody and love baking, and watching Netflix with a glass of wine.
