You’ll share the kitchen, bathroom, living room and outdoor spaces with one professional in his early 40s (live-in landlord) and a very friendly cat. It’s a relaxed home rather than a party flat. I work hard so home is a bit of a haven; the setup would suit someone who’s up for a chat in the kitchen but also likes their own space and quiet time.

The rent includes all bills (utilities, council tax (Band G), fast broadband, TV licence, etc.) and a weekly cleaner.
