Spacious Room in 2 Bed House Kentish Town

I’m looking for a housemate in my two bed flat in Kentish Town as my housemate is unfortunately moving in with her partner. The two bed maisonette style house is over 5 floors, including a balcony with a table and chairs, bath, spacious living room and kitchen area. I have already furnished it with a large tv, kitchen appliances and soft furnishings.

£1125 pm each without bills, no deposit upfront as we pay £35 each monthly instead.

Excellent Transport Links: 5 mins walk from Kentish Town station (Thameslink and northern line when it opens). 7 mins walk from Tufnell Park station (northern line) and 15 mins to Caledonian Road (Piccadilly Line).

I am a 24 year old female working in law in the City. I am looking for a clean and respectful female young professional housemate, who would hopefully also become a friend!

I enjoy watching tv, cooking, having a wine or two with friends and chatting over a tea! The house is super cosy so I’m looking for someone who wants to help keep it cosy and clean!
