Large En-suite Room in Kentish Town

Large room with en-suite in a three bedroom flat on a lovely quiet street in Kentish Town, really close to lots of public transport! The room is £915 pcm with no bills included.

Looking for someone to take over the lease on 1 May (but we’re flexible on the date). The contract is up August 31st but we’re planning on extending it.

The kitchen is also the living space (very typical London) so it is quite tiny but we’ve tried to make it nice and cozy.

You’ll be living with two girls in their mid-20s and a very sweet and friendly Labrador named Winston. One of us is a postgraduate student and the other works in the theatre/is a musician. We’re both very friendly, and enjoy going out and doing things together so we’d love someone who wants to join in!

The room is currently configured to have a “walk-in closet” but can also be configured as WFH area or whatever you want.

Some of the furniture belongs to the landlord and needs to stay; the other furniture can be removed or bought from the current tenant
