We have a double room available in our flat in Kentish Town! This is currently furnished with a bed. The sofa on the photo is up for sale from the current tenant and the landlord is also willing to pay for some furniture like wardrobe and desk if needed.

Location:
We have an amazing location 17 minute walk to Hampstead Heath park, 18 minute walk to Primrose Hill and 12 minute walk to Camden market.
11 minute walk to Kentish Town station, 7 minute walk to Kentish Town overground and 13 minute walk to Chalk Farm station.

The ideal flatmate:
We are George, who is a data analyst manager and Loreen is an accountant. We are looking for a working female professional around our age to share with. We both work from home around 2-3 days a week so it’s important our next flatmate is respectful of noise at this time. We don’t have a cleaning rota but we are both very clean and like to keep the place so, so we generally take it in turns. Other than that, we are pretty chilled, love the gym, running, and cooking.
