My best pal and I have lived together since 2017 and moved to London in 2021 from Glasgow. After 3 years of living in this flat, I’m moving in with my boyfriend and so am looking for someone to take my room.

Available from mid-May, the flat is a lovely upper apartment in a Georgian conversion that sits in a quiet North West London cul-de-sac with lovely and friendly neighbours. The double room features generous space with two double wardrobes and additional understair storage. Upstairs, there is a a well-equipped kitchen, and a living/dining area with stunning views across London. The flat has a shared bathroom with a bath and shower.

You will share this warm, friendly home with my best pal and her wee dog. She is healthcare professional looking for a sociable and tidy female young professional in their late 20s to early 30s.

The flat and bedroom comes furnished, however I am happy to get rid of the bed and drawers in the room if the new tenant would prefer.
