We have two bright, big double bedroom available in a super friendly flatshare in an amazing Kentish Town location.

3 bedroom period flat with a living room, modern kitchen, bathroom with bath & shower and toilet. There is also a balcony off the kitchen, beautiful garden, ideal for BBQs and a roof terrace with lots of sky

The location is great with access to 3 stations within 10 minutes walk (Kentish Town/Chalk Farm, Kentish Town West, and Gospel Oak). Hampstead Heath is also a 10-minute walk from the flat.

The move-in date is immediate for one room and May 6th for the other room. They both come with some furniture - a chest of drawers, wardrobe, built in shelves and a bed.

Hopefully looking for an LGBTQ+ flat mates, who is respectful, laid back but keen to muck in with the cleaning of course.

If one of the two rooms are rented by individuals rent will be 966 a month each,. If we have a couple in the larger room then it would be 1200 for a couple and then 850 for the smaller room. Open to negotiating different splits as room sizes vary slightly.
