I am looking for a working professional to replace me in my current room as I need to relocate for work. The room is available immediately, and the contract runs until November 11th. You have the option to extend longer through the landlord after that if you wish

💸 £800 per month, includes council tax (Band F). Other bills include £50 monthly cleaning fee and ~£30 for electricity
