Hi my name is Nikhil and I am looking for someone to take over my room up to a month. The rent is £950 a month (including bills) and would preferably want someone from ASAP until the 25th of June. But dates are negoitable.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a clothing rail and a large shelf. The house is spacious with a share living room and also a kitchen.
There are 4 other flatmates living at the property, all students at UCL.
The property is located in Kentish town. It is a 4 mins walk from the Kentish Town West overground station and about a 12 mins walk from Chalk Farm underground.
