Bright double room in Kentish Town

We have a bright double room available in our flat in Kentish Town Road.

The room and flat:

The room is a comfortable double size. The whole flat comes unfurnished, but the flatmate leaving might leave some furniture behind.
The flat is on a third floor (no lift unfortunately), the kitchen is great size for three people, huge living room, and toilet is all working well.

The flat is located in the high street, and is a super bright flat all year around. We are located only 2’ walk from Kentish Town underground and Thameslink train station, only 10’ walk to Kentish Town West Overground, and plenty of buses to central London.

Flatmates:

You will be living with Laura and Ayelen, we are both working professionals in our mid thirties and mid twenties. We only work from home 1/2 days a week, so preferably we are looking for someone that has similar pattern and doesn’t work from home every day.

We get along very well so we are looking for someone sociable and friendly that wants to live in a place that feels like a home, but also respects each others space.
We are looking for someone that is also respectful with noise during unsocial hours (is an old building so it can be very shaky at times!), cleanness is also important to us!

Rent + bills:
The room is £673, and bills are at the moment £130- this include council tax, electricity and gas, water and WiFi.

Moving date is from the 1st of June.
