Unite students Replacement tenant needed

I'm moving out of my room in Mary Brancker House (unite) located in Kentish Town, to move back home for personal reasons and want to find a replacement student tenant. The building is not far from a Tesco, Sainsbury's and Iceland with an Aldi currently being close to opening. The apartment is about a 20 minute walk from the RVC and also about a 20 minute walk to Camden market.

Nice place to live in, staff are really nice.

-£256 per week, with tenancy from now till the 5th September 2026 (includes all bills and Wi-Fi)
Comfortable three-quarter size bed

- Ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet and sink)

- On the 3rd floor with a large communal kitchen fitted with ovens, stoves, sinks, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and 2 fridges.

- Communal laundry (washing machines and tumble dryers), Common room

- Bike storage available

- 24-hour security and on-site customer service and maintenance teams available to help if you need advice and assistance
