Location
The flat sits on a quiet residential street in Kentish Town. only a 2 minute walk from the centre and 5 minutes to the Northern Line station. Tesco and Sainsbury’s are both within 5 minutes on foot. Central London is about 15 minutes away by bike.

The Flat
A bright and well maintained four bedroom home spread over three floors. Shared areas include
• A large and fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space to cook and eat together
• Two bathrooms. you will share one with one other person
• A balcony for relaxed moments outside
• A washing machine and a dishwasher

The Room
The available room is about 13.3 m² and fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair and storage space. everything is ready for moving in.

Flatmates
You will be living with two friendly Swiss graduate students from the London School of Economics. Everyone has their own schedule. the flat is often calm and quiet. From time to time we cook or spend an evening together. Both are moving out by the end of August 2026.

Who We are Looking For
We look for someone easy going, responsible and clean. ideally a student. though we are open to anyone who fits well into the flat.

Rent
On top of the rent there is an additional 50 pounds per month for utilities. This covers electricity, internet and other household costs.
