Spacious bright room in lovely maisonette :)

I’m very sad to be leaving my lovely flat and flatmates in Kentish Town. A room is becoming available in the house, a maisonette above a small local business. You will be living with Gillian (30) and Sebil (28) who are both working professionals outside of the house most weekdays. The girls are looking for a woman who is calm and friendly but independent, and clean and tidy, not a party animal. Ideally the flatmate will be a professional over 28, and a non smoker.

The flat is generally a quiet and calm space as the flatmates have busy lives, however are always down for a chat or dinner together and are very friendly!

The room is on the second floor and you will be sharing a bathroom with Sebil only.

The flat is well located and well priced for the area, a 4 minute walk from Kentish Town and a 10 minute walk from Camden Town tube station, as well as several bus routes (88/214/393/134) which take you to central London as well as green spaces like Hampstead Heath or Primrose Hill.

The rent is £856, with a deposit of £750. Bills vary but are generally between £150 per month, and there is a cleaner who comes every week which costs £10 each time.

Ideally we are looking for someone who can take the room from the 26 January 2026.

The deposit will be transferred to me and there will be a small fee (£50) for you to pay to change the name on the contract.
