Hello! I’m moving out of my room in our 4-bed flat in Kentish Town and helping find someone to take over my place on the joint tenancy.

* 10–15 mins to Kentish Town West & Gospel Oak Overground
* Close to supermarkets, cafés, bars & restaurants
* 10–15 minute walk to Hampstead Heath — ideal for walks and summer evenings

THE FLAT
Top floor of a quiet building on the main road.
No separate living room, but the kitchen has a table, chairs, an armchair and access to a balcony with a great neighbourhood view.
Shared bathroom (toilet & shower) and washing machine included.

THE ROOM
Large, bright and fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and bookshelves

THE FLATMATES
You’d be living with:
Jacob (he/him, 34) – financial journalist from Tasmania
Jason (he/him, 26) – works at an opticians in central London
Helena (she/her, 25) – theatre dresser working across London

It’s a friendly but fairly independent household. Everyone has their own routines, but we enjoy the occasional kitchen chat, dinner or drink and value a relaxed, respectful home environment.

ABOUT YOU
* Ages 25-35
* Friendly, considerate and communicative
* Happy to keep shared spaces clean (we have a simple cleaning rota)
* Not a party house — but friends over and occasional drinks are absolutely fine
* No smokers, pets or couples (sorry!)
* Queer-friendly household (you don’t need to be queer yourself)
