Looking for a friendly and considerate housemate to join our 4 bed house-share in Kentish Town/Tufnell Park.

THE ROOM

The room is a large double room which looks out onto the street. The room comes with a double bed and (optional) set of shelves. Wardrobe can be bought from previous tenant for £150.

THE HOUSE

The entire house is spacious with great natural light and is set across 2 floors ‘upside down’ with most of the bedrooms downstairs, and the living room and kitchen upstairs. It has 2 full bathrooms so you will only be sharing with one other person. The living room is massive and great for hanging out or entertaining. We also have a small private garden disconnected from the house that needs some love but has potential.

You will be sharing with 3 other flatmates aged 23-27. We didn’t know each other before moving in together but we get on well, enjoy chatting in our shared spaces, and are looking for someone similarly easy-going to join us here.

THE LOCATION

The house is in a great location transport-wise, with Kentish Town Northern line & Thameslink 6 mins walk away and Gospel Oak Mildmay line & Suffragette line 13 mins walk away. There is also street parking outside the house and space to keep a bike inside under the stairs.

We are also only a few minutes walk away from some lovely cafes, pubs, restaurants and the O2 forum. It is a short walk to Hampstead Heath and the Parliament Hill Lido one way, and Camden Town the other way.

THE PRICE

£851 per month, bills not included. Bills tend to come to around £100 per month (inc. wifi, council tax, utilities). Deposit is £1,101.50.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone clean and respectful of our shared spaces, someone interested in renting for the long-term (1 year minimum) and we would prefer a guy for gender balance. You should earn £33k+ or have a UK guarantor to pass checks with our housing association.
