The flat is sunny with two balconies, fully furnished.
Only 10min from Kentish Town station and 23min from Kentish Town West, so you can get anywhere fast.
Grocery stores, restaurants, thrift stores, pubs, and bus stops near-by.
The bedroom includes a double bed, desk, built-in wardrobe, and a balcony.
Bathroom is new (3 years) with both shower and bathtub.
Kitchen is also new (3 years).
Very kind, very prompt property management.
WiFi, gas, electricity, water, etc. are all set-up, just need to remove old flatmate from account and add you.

As a flatmate, I am friendly, direct, cooperative, and very clean. I can be a little noisy, but I also never complain about noise. I invite friends over sometimes, but I never throw house parties.

I would love to live with someone equally direct and clean, who wouldn't mind a little noise and also being friends!
