A cute bedroom is becoming available in our friendly home — right across the street from Kentish Town Tube & Thameslink, and just a 10-minute walk from Kentish Town West Overground.

The room is on the first floor of a maisonette, split across two levels. It has high ceilings, large double-glazed windows, and gets beautiful morning light. It comes furnished with a double bed, table, huge wardrobe, and shelves, and there’s plenty of storage under the bed.

The flat itself has a genuinely lovely shared living room with a decorative fireplace, lush plants, and a large balcony — perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

You’d be sharing with Sandy, a press officer at the Imperial War Museum, and Georgie, a publicist in entertainment. Plus, there’s Dash, a little sausage dog who is as sweet as they come — affectionate, well-behaved, and always up for a cuddle.

We’re looking for someone who’s kind, respectful, and easygoing — ideally a professional woman in her early 30s who’s happy to share a chat and a glass of wine, but also values a peaceful, relaxed home.
