En-suite double in large friendly house

The room is a smallish double on the first floor. It has an en-suite and overlooks the large garden. We have the whole house which is a 4 floor Victorian terrace and we have a really lovely, big lounge and kitchen in the basement. The rent is £600 per month. Bills are on top and come to approx £100 a month.

The housemates are Emma who works in TV, Matt who is a teacher and Laura who works at a University. The house is not a party house, we all do our own thing but we like to keep a friendly and relaxed atmosphere at home and often hang out in the living room watching TV in the evenings. The house is big enough to feel like you aren't on top of each other and we are all pretty busy but there is usually someone else in to have a natter with if you fancy it.

There is no smoking in the house and the contract is 12 months with a 6 month break clause.
