Double Room in stylish maisonette for 6 months

Your own living room

Hi there, I am looking for a flatmate for the next six months. The flat is a cosy maisonette located on the second and third floor of a Georgian Town House in a leafy and quiet crescent of Kentish Town.

You'd have two rooms on the second floor to yourself: A small double bedroom and a well-sized living room, while I am occupying the third floor and we would share bathroom and kitchen.

The flat is bright, well equipped (Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, your own desk and TV), comfy furnished and in a great central location with only 5 min to walk to Kentish Town Tube & Train Station. Hence easy access to the Northern Line, City Thameslink and train lines to Luton and Gatwick.

I am a media artist working from home so would look for a professional working in an office or their own work space. I am usually up for a chat and/or glass of vino but equally need my own space and appreciate an organised and tidy home environment. Would be great to share with someone with a similar vision ;) Looking forward to hearing from you!
