Looking for a girl or guy to take over the tenancy of a lovely sunny double room in this five bedroom, strictly 5 person, three-story townhouse in Kentish Town. It's a great house in a great area and the room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and 2 separate cupboards. The house has 2 bathrooms, communal lounge/dining room, large kitchen & a lovely roof terrace garden.

It's less than 3 mins walk to Kentish Town underground & 6 or 7 mins walk to Kentish Town West overground.

You'll be sharing with 4 other housemates (2 boys and 2 girls):
Neil - Scotsman, works in the City for the London Stock Exchange
Tarryn - Saffa, works in interior design in North London
Neal - Saffa, works in tech all over London
Sara - Dane, working as a management consultant

We're a laidback bunch who like to keep ourselves busy with a variety of artistic, musical, exercise and pub related pastimes. We like to socialise, but respect the need for your own space - the place is certainly big enough to do that. We're looking for someone social but who's also for mucking in with domestic chores. We have a cleaner who comes every fortnight (included in rent).

Rent: £775 per month, including Council Tax, including cleaner, excluding all other bills
Deposit: six weeks rent. £1,073 held with government approved depositprotection
Available: from Tuesday 1st May
Landlady: private, i. e. no additional fees and very good at sorting out any issues with the house

NO under-30s; landlady's rule
NO couples (sorry)
NO weirdos (not sorry)
Minimum 6 month tenancy (rolling contract thereafter)
