The house is situated very close to everything and yet the street is very quiet, with friendly neighbours and local cats. It would suit a professional who wants peace and quiet, and a friendly mature flatmate who on occasion is happy to have a glass of wine with or who equally is happy living privately and peacefully as I work long hard hours also.
