Double room in Kidbrooke

I am looking for a lodger for a double room in my 3 bedroom detached house. I am looking to live with only one other person, so there will be two of us in the house in total.

The bedroom is a double room with a built in wardrobe and a window facing the garden. There’s a double bed, a set of drawers and a desk. The house itself is fairly spacious and the décor is a mixture of different decades!
In good condition.
Location wise - a 15 min walk from Blackheath village, the house is in a quiet residential road. Kidbrooke train station is about a 10 minute walk away, with frequent trains to London Bridge, Charing Cross and Victoria, all via Lewisham for DLR. North Greenwich (for Jubilee line) is a 10 min bus ride away.
For food shopping, there are M&S food hall, Aldi and Coop nearby; also many supermarkets, IKEA, Lidl, Homesense/TK Maxx, Odeon etc. a 10 min bus ride from here.

Please note I have two dogs (Greyhounds), they are friendly and quiet.

I clean the house regularly, and I hope to have someone who will keep the communal areas clean and tidy (i. e. kitchen and bathroom).

I am an easy going, semi-retired man. Happy to have a chat occasionally, but respectful of others’ personal space and privacy.

I have no preference with regards to full time employment, or full time education (student), but references will be required.

I have no issues with occasional guests, – but Please note that any visitors will not be able to stay overnight.
