Two rooms are available for short and long term let in my lovely home in Kidbrooke Village. I have two spacious double rooms available in a modern, well-kept house.

It is a newly redecorated house, bright, and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, two modern bathrooms, a cosy shared living room with a sofa and dining area, plus a private garden that's perfect for relaxing on sunny days and barbecuing. There’s also bike storage. The house is kept clean. Common facilities like kitchen, living room and toilet are left clean every time after use.

For those who like being in nature, the house is a two minute walk to Sutcliffe park, a perfect place for your runs.

It’s just a 5-minute walk to Kidbrooke Station (with direct trains to London Bridge and Charing Cross), and a 2-minute walk to the bus stop for North Greenwich, which gets you to the Jubilee Line in about 20 minutes. Nearby, you’ll find Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Starbucks, PureGym, and other local shops and cafés.

The existing roommates are full-time working professionals, sociable, tidy, and respectful.

Rent includes council tax and Wi-Fi. Electricity and water will be added on top based on usage circa GBP 5O per month.

Both rooms are available now. I can furnish the rooms based on requirements or preference.
