Free on street parking, estate is fairly quiet - not a main road by any stretch!

Good place with decent people. Truck Driver, and 2 Professionals.
12 mins walk, door to platform, to Kidbrooke train station, Zone 3. 17 mins to London bridge station. 30 mins to Canary Wharf

Good sized back yard that's great for relaxing and summer bbq's.

The ideal person would be someone that is sociable, clean, respectful and considerate as are the current housemates. Need to also be ok with Cats.
The housemates take turns to do the cleaning and it is very clean so please only get in contact if you are happy to do your share.
People generally stay longer than average in this house due to:
House is comfortable with things being well maintained,
Landlord is a decent person, that sorts things out quickly.
Housemates are nice, genuine people.
The current housemates have lived here for 2.5 years, 5 years (over 2 stays) and over 6 years.
All are friendly, considerate and clean!!
House suits both students of Greenwich (either campus) and Goldsmiths Uni's or professionals working in Central London or Canary Wharf

Having lived at the property for almost 4 years I can say that it has been a very good experience. The property itself was ideal, offering space and convenience. It was well maintained and looked after by the landlord and on the rare occasion an issue occurred Gerrad was quick to resolve it by either repairing or replacing items. Rent was reasonable and easy to manage and the deposit was easy to set up and secure as part of the tenancy deposit scheme. I would happily recommend the property and the landlord to potential tenants.
